We are a global ticketing platform dedicated to Latin dance festivals around the world — from Salsa and Bachata to Kizomba and Zouk. You can browse, book, and manage your festival tickets all in one place

You can browse by location, date, or category via the “Events” page. godancefestival.com

To purchase tickets or manage them, you’ll need to register an account (“My Account” on the site).

Once logged in, you can:

  • View your order history
  • Download or resend e-tickets
  • Manage name transfers (if allowed)
  • Update your personal details (email, phone, etc.)

  1. Navigate to the Events page and find your festival of interest. godancefestival.com
  2. Click “Get Ticket” for your chosen festival. godancefestival.com
  3. Choose your ticket type (e.g. full pass, weekend pass, workshop pass) if available.
  4. Proceed to checkout, fill in your personal and payment details, and confirm purchase.
  5. After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your e-ticket.
  • All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars) only (no other currencies accepted).
  • Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards, ALIPAY, Wechat pay and PayPal.
  • Your bank or card issuer may convert USD to your local currency at their standard exchange rate + fees.

No — we use e-tickets.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-ticket via email (usually within minutes). You can present the e-ticket on your phone or as a printed version at event check-in.

  • First, check your spam / junk folder.
  • If you still can’t find it after, say, 10–15 minutes, contact us via info@godancefestival.com (or the contact email shown on the site).
    Provide your name, order reference, and date of purchase so we can assist.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as stated by both our platform and the event organizers.

However, if you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person (subject to the event’s transfer policy).

Yes — in many cases, tickets can be name-transferred, subject to the event’s specific policy.

  • The name transfer must usually be completed before a certain cutoff, defined by the festival organizer.
  • Contact us or check the event’s details page for the transfer deadline and procedure.
  • Provide both the original ticket holder’s and the new attendee’s information.

If an event is canceled or postponed, the organizer will provide instructions regarding new dates or alternative arrangements. We will notify all ticket holders by email.

No. All ticket prices you see on the site are final (in USD) and inclusive of standard processing fees.

You will see the total amount before you finalize your purchase — no surprise add-ons.

To ensure the best availability, we recommend purchasing as early as possible.
Many festivals sell out or have price increases closer to the event date.
