Terms & Conditions For Organiser

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between GoDanceFestival (“GDF”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the Event Organizer (“Organizer”, “you”) when you list and sell tickets for your event through www.godancefestival.com (the “Website” or “Platform”).

By submitting an event for listing or selling tickets on the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Registration
   1. To become an Organizer, you must register for an Organizer Account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
   2. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization hosting the event.
   3. We reserve the right to approve or reject any event submission at our sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
2. Event Listing & Content
   1. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all event details, descriptions, images, pricing, terms, and schedules you upload to the Platform.
   2. You warrant that all content you submit:
      • Is truthful, not misleading, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party;
      • Complies with all applicable laws, permits, and licenses;
      • Does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory material.
        2.3 GDF may edit, remove, or refuse to publish any content that violates our standards or these Terms.
3. Ticket Sales & Revenue
   1. GDF acts solely as a ticketing intermediary — facilitating ticket sales between you (the Organizer) and customers (“Attendees”).
   2. You set your own ticket prices and quantities through your Organizer Dashboard.
   3. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
      • GDF charges a [10%] platform service fee on all ticket sales.
      • We will absorb all CREDIT CARDS (3.4% + 0.50USD) and International transfer fee (0.25 – 2%) (only applicable for international transfer)
      • You will receive [90%] of ticket revenue Nett
   4. Payouts are processed after the event concludes or as agreed, via international bank transfer or payment gateway.
   5. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT/GST, or withholding requirements under your local laws.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Event Changes
   1. GDF enforces a No Refund Policy for Attendees unless:
      • The event is canceled by the Organizer,
      • Or there is a material error in the ticket listing caused by GDF.
   2. If your event is canceled or postponed, you must immediately notify GDF in writing.
   3. In case of cancellation, you agree to refund Attendees the full ticket amount received (excluding service fees).
   4. If Attendees raise disputes or chargebacks due to your failure to deliver an event, GDF reserves the right to deduct such amounts from your future payouts.
5. Organizer Obligations

   You agree to:

   • Ensure the event takes place as described and is managed professionally and safely;
   • Obtain all necessary venue, government, or public performance permits;
   • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your event;
   • Comply with all applicable local laws, including fire safety, crowd control, and health regulations.
6. Prohibited Events & Activities

   Organizers are strictly prohibited from listing events that involve:

   • Illegal or adult-only content;
   • Political, hate, or discriminatory activity;
   • Events that encourage unsafe or unlawful conduct;
   • Resale or scalping of tickets.

   Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Organizer Account and removal of all listings.

7. Intellectual Property
   1. You retain ownership of your event materials (logos, text, photos, etc.) but grant GDF a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, market, and promote your event on our Platform and social media.
   2. GDF branding and materials remain our exclusive property and may not be used without written consent.
8. Liability & Indemnity
   1. You acknowledge that GDF is not the event organizer and assumes no liability for your event’s operations, safety, quality, or conduct of attendees.
   2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GDF, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
      • Your event,
      • Your breach of this Agreement, or
      • Any attendee injury or loss occurring at your event.
9. Payment Disputes
   1. GDF may temporarily withhold payments if disputes, chargebacks, or irregularities are detected.
   2. You agree that GDF’s records of sales and payouts shall be final and binding unless proven otherwise.
10. Termination
    1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice.
    2. GDF may immediately suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or reputational risk to the Platform.
    3. Termination will not affect any pending sales or obligations that arose before the termination date.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Singapore], without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore.

12. Amendments

    GDF reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
