Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchases

1. Agreement to Terms
   By purchasing a ticket via GoDanceFestival (the “Website”), you (“Buyer,” “you,” “Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”), along with our Privacy Policy, any event-specific rules, and any other policies that may be published on the Website. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase tickets or use our services.
2. Definitions
   • Organizer / We / Us / Our: The entity that organizes the event and operates the Website (GoDanceFestival or its affiliate).
   • Event: The dance festival, workshops, shows, or performances for which tickets are sold.
   • Ticket / Pass: The proof of purchase that entitles entry to the Event under the terms herein.
   • Service Fee / Processing Fee: Any non-refundable fee added to the ticket price for administrative, payment, or platform costs.
3. Ticket Purchase & Payment
   1. Availability & Pricing
      • All ticket prices (including any taxes, fees, or charges) are as displayed at the time of purchase.
      • Prices may be changed or tickets withdrawn prior to purchase without notice.
      • Once your order is confirmed, the price is fixed.
   2. Payment
      • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods accepted on the Website.
      • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.
   3. Confirmation & Delivery
      • Upon successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your ticket(s) or instructions for ticket collection.
      • Tickets are delivered electronically (e-ticket).
   4. Non-Transferable / Name Changes
      • Tickets may be non-transferable or may permit name changes only under certain conditions. If permitted, you must follow the procedures and or pay any applicable fees by the deadlines as published.
      • Any fraudulent transfer or resale in violation of these T&C may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Cancellation, Postponement & Refunds
   1. All Sales Final / No Refunds
      • Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided.
      • Buyers should carefully verify date, time, and ticket type before purchase.
   2. Event Cancellation / Postponement
      • In the event of cancellation by the Organizer (for reasons within our control), we may (at our discretion) offer a partial or full refund, credit toward a future event, or exchange to a rescheduled date.
      • In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund or exchange as per the policy published at the time.
      • We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by you in relation to the Event in the event of cancellation or postponement.
   3. Force Majeure
      • We are not liable for failures or delays in performing our obligations under these T&C when such failure is due to causes beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, government orders, pandemics).
      • In such cases, we may cancel or postpone the Event, or modify the format (e.g. virtual), and refund, exchange, or issue credit as reasonably practicable.
5. Admission & Event Conduct
   1. Entry Conditions
      • You must comply with all venue rules, dress code, age restrictions (if any), and other instructions by event staff or security.
      • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person behaving inappropriately, or failing to comply, without refund.
   2. Identification & Ticket Verification
      • You may be required to present valid photo ID and/or the original ticket (physical or electronic) to gain entry.
      • Digital tickets may need to be scanned; duplication or tampering invalidates the ticket.
   3. No Re-Entry / Seating
      • Some events may not permit re-entry; once you leave the venue, re-entry may be disallowed.
      • Seating may be general admission or assigned; check event details.
      • You accept that the Organizer is not responsible for seats being occupied by others or other seating disputes.
   4. Recording, Photography & Media Release
      • By entering the Event, you consent to photography, audio, and video recordings for promotional or archival use unless otherwise notified.
      • In some cases, photography or recording by attendees may be restricted; you agree to follow any posted or announced rules.
6. Limitations & Liability
   1. Warranty Disclaimer
      • The Event and ticketing are provided “as is.” We make no warranties (express or implied) about the Event’s content, attendance, suitability, or that the event will occur exactly as advertised.
   2. Limitation of Liability
      • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or in connection with these T&C or the Event shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket(s).
      • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, travel, accommodation, or personal injury, except where required by law.
   3. Indemnification
      • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoDanceFestival, its officers, agents, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these T&C or misconduct at the Event.
7. Intellectual Property
   • All content, branding, signage, audiovisual materials at the Event or on the Website are protected by intellectual property laws.
   • You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicize any content without prior written consent.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
   • Personal data collected in connection with ticket purchases is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • You agree that we may use your contact information to send you updates, marketing materials, or event announcements (you may opt out where permitted).
9. Modifications
   • We reserve the right to modify or update these T&C at any time. The version posted on the Website at the time of your purchase will apply.
   • Continued use or ticket purchase after such modifications implies your acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    • These T&C are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — e.g. Singapore / State / Country].
